Background

I credit my family for being an incredible support system especially as I navigate career goals, manage a business and work towards a PhD. Outside of my professional and educational goals, I make time for other interests such as music, singing & MMA (Mix Martial Arts). It grounds me and gives me a creative outlet.

Expertise

I have excelled as an HR executive over the past 25 years, working with people from diverse backgrounds. Being an internationally accredited Master Life Coach & Practitioner, I have contributed to the lives of individuals and society, working towards outcomes that have a positive impact on both individuals and the world. This has been the greatest privilege of my life.

Passion Projects

My personal mission is to create a more equitable and inclusive society. I’m the Founder of two organizations that drives inclusivity for both adults and youth. I'm also an advisor to organizations like Incluzive.com who are focused on equitable representation of BIPOC’s at executive and board roles. Also, being a parent of a super abilities' child has been honoring experience. Volunteering and contributing to Walk n' Roll and POAC Autism Services is important for me.
