About ME

I credit my family for being an incredible support system, especially as I navigate career goals, manage businesses, and work towards a PhD. Outside of my professional and educational goals, I make time for other interests, such as music, singing, and MMA (mixed martial Arts). These ground me and give me a creative outlet. 

I have excelled as an HR executive over the past 25+ years, working with people from diverse backgrounds. As an internationally accredited Master Life Coach and practitioner, I have contributed to the lives of individuals and society, working towards outcomes that have a positive impact on both individuals and the world. This has been the greatest privilege of my life.

My personal mission is to create a more equitable and inclusive society.  I’m the Founder of two organizations that drive inclusivity for adults and youth.  I'm also an advisor to many organizations focused on driving change through innovation, a growth mindset, and intentionality.  Also, being a parent of a child with super abilities has been an honorable experience.  Volunteering and contributing to Walk n' Roll and POAC Autism Services is important for me.
